Daily Deep Dose

Every time you find yourself falling back into past emotions, actions and patterns that are not healthy, recognize that only you have the ability to break free of this captivity. The first step to growth is awareness - now that you are aware of your emotions and grievances, they can no longer dominate you. Take responsibility for them, as they are yours to guide. Recognize, witness, experience, release and move on.
